We stand behind our technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account portal and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Place the device and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
